Musical Guests included our good friends and
"Alternate Eagles": Dennis Toomey on guitar and
vocals, Scott Harpst on guitar and vocals, Scotty
Prilliman on violin, Joel Plante on drums and
vocals, and Alexa Cobb on guitar and vocals; she
keeps getting better every year, and she has been
jamming with us since she was 12 years old!
We had two saxophone players, Dan and Art; they
added so much flavor to so many songs, they were
great! Kevin McHugh and Christy played and sang
several songs for us. Eric "Face" Fennell sat in on
drums, he is a real pro! We had a visit from "Elvis",
actually Fred Carr singing a great Elvis song!
Several bands were represented: Alder Eagle:
Steve Brown and Dan Farrell. One Shot Left: Joel
Plante, Art D., Josh, Michael Masilotti, and Louis on
harmonica and vocals. Alan Hall's band opened
up with a nice set of rock classics.
We all jammed together in various combinations all
day long with lots of great music happening!
We had fantastic warm sunny weather. When the
sun went down we fired up the fire pit and played
for several more hours "Unplugged".
There was plenty of food and drink of all kinds and
many hearty happy partyers.
Sandy and I want to thank all our friends for all
their help and generous sharing.
