Alder Eagle is all about having fun and sharing our music with our friends.
Saturday night November 3rd at the Cask ‘n Cleaver was really fun! And we had friends come from as far away as
New York and Houston to party with us!
We had several guest performers join us to help entertain our friends:
Dennis Toomey has been an “Alternate Eagle’ for the last two years and just keeps getting better! His 12 string
guitar and vocals add a very tasty dimension to our sound. Dennis does a great job of filling in during our breaks.
Believe me, it takes courage to stand up in front an audience all alone and sing and play. Dennis always shares his
passion for music and life. Many thanks, my friend.
Remember the name Alexa Cobb…….you heard of her here first! Once again we were thrilled to have this
remarkable young lady join us on stage. Her performance was amazing! When she sang "Midnight Special", it just
knocked us out! Thank you Alexa!
My brother, Doug Brown, and I did a few songs from our folk repertoire. Doug was resplendent in his kilt and
spoorin. You have to be there to fully appreciate this sight!
Michael Masilotti came up and jammed with us for several songs in the third set. Mike is a fine guitarist and
musician. Thanks Mike, we look forward to jamming with you again soon. We love to make new friends!
Frank Krajenbrink from the Albert Heijn Group and Rance Herren, our good friend from NOV Houston, sat in during
the last set. Frank is a great singer and bass player, and Rance just shreds on the guitar (that’s a good thing!).
Thanks a lot guys! That was really fun!
Many thanks to all our friends who were with us on Saturday night and especially the fine musicians who contributed to
an exciting evening. We will be back at the Cask on Saturday December 1st.
Please come out and enjoy the fun, friends, fine food, beverages, and music at the Cask ‘n Cleaver.
Peace, Love, Happiness, and Harmony,
Steve and all the guys of Alder Eagle
